If the item is defective within 7 days of receiving it. Eclipsecaravans will happily exchange.

Please call our showroom on 02 4722 6468 or  Michael 0411 236 547 on Wed and Thurs only  to make them aware of what has happened so we can chase it up with the supplier and for statistics purposes.

If the item is defective after 30 days of use then we DO NOT exchange nor refund the item(s).
